Bi-Fix Fasteners – The Perfect Fix

Added 07.04.22

If you have to keep opening and closing a panel, nuts, bolts and screws are fiddly. You need tools to use nuts and bolts are they are easy to lose - or worse still, drop into machinery.

You can open Wing Head Bi-Fix Quarter Turn Fasteners with your fingers and Knurled Head and Dome Head Fasteners just need a screwdriver or coin to release them. Bi-Fix Fasteners stay in place and lock when you push the panel shut.

The clips that the fasteners fit into come in Clip-in and Screw-in or Rivet-on versions made from Spring or Stainless Steel. Neoprene Washers seal the hole and reduce vibration. Cup Washers prevent scuffing of the panel when you turn the stud and combined with a Retaining Spring will add back pressure to force the lid closed.

Where are Bi-Fix Quarter-Turn Fasteners used?

You will find Bi-Fix Quarter-Turn Fasteners everywhere. Bi-Fix Dome Head Quarter Turn Fasteners look good enough to use in high visibility situations like Air Conditioning Covers. And because they are non-corrosive Bi-Fix Fasteners are particularly suited to applications in Industrial Machinery, Agricultural Machinery, Specialist Vehicles and Rail.

We stock the full range of Bi-Fix Quarter-Turn Fasteners so you can request samples and order online. If you would like advice from an expert call 01623 788 400. Or email us and we will get back to you.
